• Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Those placed during the weekend or on holidays will be handled on the next business day.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

At Dolila NY, we strive to ensure that you receive your orders quickly and securely. The estimated delivery times and costs based on your location are as follows:

• Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): 3–5 business days — €4.95
• Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla): 5–8 business days — €12.00
• Hand delivery Madrid — Free
• Europe (European Union): 5–8 business days — €15.00
  (Shipping available to: Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, and Netherlands)
• United Kingdom: 5–8 business days — €20.00 (flat rate)

• Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): On orders over €120.00
• Europe (selected EU countries): On orders over €200.00

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

• For shipments to destinations with possible customs fees, duties, or local taxes, these are not included in the price and will be entirely borne by the customer.

RETURNS

• You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
• Return costs: Shipping costs associated with the return are entirely borne by the customer.
• For the return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with its tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

• Defective or incorrect items: We ask that you check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

REFUNDS

• We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to confirm whether the refund has been approved.
• Once approved, the money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the balance to your account.
